Promoting hall life?

In conjunction with the promoting of "Hall Life" comes a new move to enhance the usage of hall facilities.

"Enjoy hall life, if you can afford it" seems to be the new drive halls are geared towards.

With the introduction of triple room sharing (i.e collect 3 person rent for a twin room), air-con halls (i.e comfort at an "affordable" price) and car park pricing (i.e if you can afford a car, you can afford parking fees) hostalites may soon have to take on part time jobs maintain their residence in hall.

Residents were informed last thursday about the new charging system for the use of the Comms hall, thus encouraging creative ideas to maintain our hall activities without using the Comms hall as an activity venue.

Examples like Inter-block rooftop badminton and study-table-tennis are slowly gaining popularity.
Some other alternatives like Tobogganing down the grassy slopes at Blk 50/51 and Cheerleading practice at the drying yard are also starting to take shape.

So crack those brains and think out of the box to keep our vibrant hall spirit up.
